Sensor Installation & Calibration

A precision fuel level sensor (capacitive, ultrasonic, or resistive) is installed into the vehicle tank. The sensor is calibrated to map output to exact fuel volume, accounting for tank geometry.

Data Transmission to Wialon

The sensor feeds live readings to a compatible GPS tracker, which transmits data to the Wialon cloud platform via 4G LTE. Data is logged continuously — including during connectivity interruptions.

Intelligent Event Detection

Wialon's advanced algorithms analyse fuel level curves in real time, classifying events as fill, drain/theft, leak, or normal consumption — each tagged with timestamp and GPS coordinates.
